Yes, every bike purchased through Cahaba Cycles is professionally assembled and safety-checked by our certified mechanics before it leaves the shop.
What is your return policy on cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that bicycles are subject to a restocking fee.
How do I determine the correct bike size for me?
You can refer to our online sizing charts based on your height and inseam, or visit any of our locations for a professional fitting to ensure the perfect geometry for your riding style.
Do you provide shipping for bicycles?
Due to manufacturer warranty requirements, some high-end models are available for in-store pickup only. However, we do ship most accessories and select bike models across the continental United States.
What kind of maintenance services do you offer?
We offer full-service repair shops at all our locations, ranging from basic tune-ups and flat repairs to advanced suspension servicing and custom drivetrain builds.
Is there a warranty on new bicycles?
All new bikes come with a manufacturer's limited warranty on the frame and components. Additionally, Cahaba Cycles provides a complimentary 30-day break-in adjustment for every new bike purchase.
